FeaturesQR code with logo

Your logo, still scannable.

Upload your logo and the studio places it in the center of your QR code, at a safe size, on a clean patch. It switches on the highest error correction and scan-tests the finished code before you can download it.

Opens a website when scanned: your menu, shop, booking page or anything with a link.

Describe a picture. We hide your code inside it.

How to add your logo in three steps

  1. Enter what the code should open in the studio above: a link, a contact card, Wi‑Fi or any other type.
  2. Open Art, logo & frame and click Add logo. Choose a square image, ideally a simple icon or monogram.
  3. Set your colors under Color, check the preview, then Save and download once the scan test passes.

What the studio does for you

  • Highest error correction. QR codes carry spare data that lets a phone fill in a covered part. The studio uses the highest level as soon as you add a logo.
  • A safe size. It clears a square in the middle, about a quarter as wide as the code with its border, and sets your logo on a plain patch in your background color.
  • Whole corners. The three big corner squares, which phones use to find the code, stay complete in every style.
  • Contrast check. It warns you when the colors are too close to read reliably.
  • Scan test. A QR reader in your browser decodes the finished code, and the download opens only once it passes.

Choosing the right logo file

Your logo is cropped to a square from the center, so upload a square version. A bold icon, monogram or initials read far better at this size than a long wordmark with thin letters. PNG and JPG files both work, and a logo with a transparent background sits neatly on the patch.

Logo codes are dynamic too

Every code we make holds a short link, so the pattern stays open, with bigger squares around your logo, however long your page address is. You can change where the code points after printing, and your branded design stays exactly as it was printed.

Tips and common mistakes

  • Leave the size to the studio. A logo that covers more of the pattern leaves less room for smudges and glare.
  • Keep the code dark on light. A brand color is fine for the modules if it is dark enough; pale colors and light-on-dark codes are harder to read.
  • Leave the border clear. The quiet margin around the code is part of it, so do not crop it away.
  • Print a test at real size and scan it with two phones before the full run. Our guide on how to put your logo on a QR code explains why.

The code on your menu, poster or business card never has to change. What it opens can, as often as you like.
